Message Templates

It’s possible to customize the content of the messages that TrustView sends out. You can use tags to insert dynamic information into these messages.

Expiration Email Tags

#RecieverName Will insert the name of the user or contact the email i sent to.

#ExpirationTable Lists all the expiring monitored objects with the data columns you picked. It’s made of basic HTML, so it can be styled as you want.

#ExpirationCount Will be replaced by the number of expiring monitored objects.

#UserGroupName Inserts the name of the user group.

#recentlyExpirationsTable Inserts table of recently expired objects.

#UpcomingExpirationsTable Inserts table of upcoming expiring objects.

#olderExpirationsTable Inserts table of older expiring objects than those listed in the other tables.

#notificationType Shows the type of notification mail. Displayed as either NORMAL or CRITICAL.

Expiration emails

It’s possible to modify the email subject and body of both the English and Danish version, independently of each other. Because the email body is made of basic HTMl it’s possible to style it.

Checkout Email Tags

#CheckoutID Inserts a unique ID to help keep track of which messages pair with each other.

#Subject Inserts information about who the certificate is issued to.

#Password Inserts the password for the file. Only usable in the body of the password message.

#ExtraInfo Inserts extra information provided by you at checkout time.

The emails and SMS content can be modified here, both of which can be modified in English and Danish independently of each other. Both the email and SMS support the certificate checkout tags.
